Process For Taking A Plot At Barnfield:

1. Fill out the online enquiry form, including the make, model, shipping length and width along with best contact details.

2. We will respond to you within our next working hours (Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm ) confirming whether we have a plot available.  We are happy to hold your details (if you agree in line with GDPR) if we cannot accommodate you in the first instance.

3. If we have availability, we will send a plot offer email with full details, requesting payment within 2 working days to secure the space.

4. Once payment is received you are sent your contract and a secure online form to fill in and submit together with your Photo ID (i.e. passport, Driving license with current address) Proof of Ownership  and insurance details.  All vehicles must be insured to store at Barnfield.

5. We then book an appointment to view the site and plot. If you decide on the day of viewing that you do not want to go ahead, we offer a full refund.  We ask for a physical photo ID to be shown on the day of the appointment.
